I've been to Fins N Feathers three times and each one of the visits was memorable. It is one of the cleanest and most well kept aquarium stores I have been to and each time I go there, the owner Richard has something new to show. He is very polite and helpful and keeps the safety and health of the fish as priority rather than selling to a customer.

We wanted to set up our first planted Aquarium in our house as our daughter's birthday gift.
I got to know about the Fins N Feathers - Nature Aquarium place through one of my friends and gave a visit to the place. Surprisingly this place is a hidden gem. I loved the place and spent around the 1 to 1.5 hours looking at the exotic varieties of fishes, Aquarium plant, fish tanks and other fish products. The place is very neatly maintained and also have high quality products.
Mr. Richard who is the owner was very friendly and passionate. He answered all our queries very patiently, helped us to know more about the planted Aquarium and the varieties of fishes. He spends time in knowing the customer needs and tries to understand and helps to buy what is in our mind.
I would highly recommend to visit this place believe me you would love it.

Found the shop by accident and called them up, Richard was prompt in responding and went a mile to open the shop on an off day to help us buy stuff. I wasn’t disappointed with the collection and as a fellow hobbyist he guided us a lot in terms of what to buy, I had my focus on a product and he made sure it was available in proper time as promised and gave me a good price that I insisted on. Fantastic Service and Top Notch Products. Richard explained about the care for aquariums and advised on how to build a perfect professional aquariums. I would love to step in again and again here. After my visit, My love towards the terrariums kicked in. Variety of Terrariums were available for display and we can choose a Fins N Feathers 🙂 I would recommend this place to all Aqua Lovers to get a professional advice and setup 🙂

Love the ambience of the shop. Conveniently located on the main road, yet has a quiet ambience. Richard is quite passionate about what he does and compassionate towards his customers. Very patiently he explained the nature of fishes and maintenance. For folks just getting into the aquatic hobby, people like Richard are of great help. I'm extremely satisfied with the service provided by Fins N Feathers team. They helped us in setting up planted aquarium setup as per our wish and expectations. Nearly 6 months after the setup, they give suggestions on how to maintain and help incase of any clarifications.

I went recently and the quality of the tanks, the fishes and the products they have are the best of the best. I bought a 50 cm tank even though the size is small the quality he has is top notch. The customer service was very good. He is very polite and they keep the place very clean.
