Refund Policy

1. Conditions of a refund
The following condition is to be fulfilled:
Products should not have been used and not physically damaged or opened and found in their original packing.
The return needs to be initiated within 7 working days from the time you have received the goods.
2. Non-Returnable Products
The following list cannot be returned:
Perishables, foods, treats, etc
Hygiene and health products, including grooming and litter products.
Custom and personalized items.
3. Refund Process
Start Refund: Raise a request to our customer support at
Email ID: finsnfeathers.in@gmail.com by using your order number along with a detailed description of what happened. Attach pictures whenever necessary.
Return Shipping: After our approval, we will give you instructions on return shipping. The cost of the return shipping will be upon the customer unless the goods are defective or erroneous.
Refund Processing: After inspecting and ascertaining the status of the returned item, we will notify you. A refund will be made after approval to the original mode of payment within 7–10 business days.
4. Defective or Damaged Products
If the product received from you is defective or gets damaged, we will easily give a refund or even replacement according to your demands, within 3 days upon delivery of the product.
5. Cancellation Orders
In case the product order has not been shipped at that moment, it would then be canceled. The order product after shipment cannot be requested to cancel but can, at least, be brought back to us as long as it is received as yet.
